World Anti-Drug Day Awareness Events With MOI And Kuwait University. Under the patronage of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant General Sheikh Salem Nawaf Al-Sabah, and in observance of World Anti-Drug Day on June 26, the Ministry of Interior, in collaboration with Kuwait University, hosted a series of awareness events titled “Your Life is Your Decision.” These events included a discussion panel and an awareness exhibition, attended by key security leaders and relevant state authorities.

Keynote Speech By Major General Hamid Al-Dawas

Major General Hamid Al-Dawas, the Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Criminal Security Affairs, delivered a speech on behalf of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior. He conveyed the greetings of the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef.

Major General Al-Dawas emphasized the Ministry’s unwavering commitment to confronting the drug menace and expressed sincere gratitude to Kuwait University for its cooperation in organizing the seminar and exhibition activities.

Community Partnership And Services

Brigadier General Muhammad Qabazard, Director General of the General Administration of Drug Control, highlighted the importance of community partnership in the fight against drugs. He mentioned that the General Administration for Drug Control and the General Administration for Relations and Security Media work together to protect society.
